The Momentum Package
($360/Month):
Designed for individuals ready to build consistency, strengthen new skills, and create greater alignment between how they want to live and how they show up each day.
Includes: Three 50-minute virtual sessions per month, office-hours messaging support, individualized recommendations, practical tools, accountability support, and deeper exploration of patterns, habits, communication, relationships, leadership, and personal growth goals.
The Transformation Package
($480/Month):
Designed for individuals seeking the highest level of support, accountability, and integration as they work toward significant personal, professional, or leadership growth.
Includes: Four 50-minute virtual sessions per month (weekly cadence), office-hours messaging support, personalized guidance, structured accountability, advanced skill development, and intensive application of tools and strategies to support meaningful and sustainable change.
The Self-Regulation Lab™ is the experiential learning and wellness branch of Sechrist Consulting, offering workshops, group experiences, and retreat-style intensives designed to help participants slow down, create space for themselves and engage in facilitated experiences that combine education, reflection, experiential activities, mindfulness-based practices, and practical skill development. Participants explore how thoughts, emotions, stress, habits, relationships, and life experiences influence the way they live, communicate, lead, and respond to challenges.
While every experience is unique, the focus remains the same: helping participants leave with a better understanding of themselves and practical tools they can apply to create meaningful change in everyday life.
Experiences may include guided relaxation, mindfulness and grounding practices, reflective exercises, group discussion, stress-management and resilience-building tools, communication activities, breathwork, experiential learning, and practical strategies participants can continue using long after the experience ends.

Women's Self-Regulation Lab experiences are offered as private hosted gatherings. The host selects and invites the participants, creating a personalized experience for friends, family members, colleagues, community groups, faith communities, professional networks, or other women they would like to gather together.

($270 Starting / 60 Minutes):
A restorative experience designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create intentional space for reflection, self-care, and renewal.

The Inner Reset Workshop
($540 Starting / 2 Hours):

Safety & Support Rule: Children under 14 require a parent, guardian, or teacher to participate alongside them. This ensures that the concepts and calming tools can be effectively reinforced at home or in the classroom.
The Creating Calm Within Experience
($225 Starting / 30 Minutes / ages 7-12):
A playful and age-appropriate introduction that helps younger children recognize emotions, connect with their bodies, and learn simple calming and self-awareness skills they can use at home, school, and in everyday life.
Includes: Interactive activities, movement and mindfulness exercises, simple calming techniques, and take-home tools for continued practice.
The Applied Calm & Resilience Lab
($405 Starting / 60 Minutes / ages 11-17):
An engaging workshop that helps children and teens better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behavior while learning practical skills for managing stress, improving communication, and responding more intentionally to challenges.

The Resilience & Life Skills Intensive
($675 Starting / 90 Minutes / ages 14-17):
A deeper experience for teens focused on self-awareness, emotional resilience, stress management, communication, healthy boundaries, decision-making, and navigating the increasing responsibilities and pressures of adolescence.
